- A referral pack will be sent to referral agents. It is expected that completed referral/application forms will be returned to us as soon as possible.
- When we have received all the necessary information, the prospective service user will be contacted to arrange an informal visit. Overnight stays may be arranged to assess the service user and gives an opportunity for the service user to consider their potential living environment.
Referral process for domiciliary care
Those wishing to enquire about our domiciliary services can call our office 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, where are we will be happy to discuss any queries in cofidence, forward our information
leaflets, and arrange an assessment appointments.
